The truth is, though, that anxiety is not a medical disease. It’s not something that you need to be pilled and medicated to overcome. Yes, pills and medication can have benefits but 9 times out of 10, the pills and medications just mask the symptoms of anxiety. They’re not designed to completely solve the problems. In reality, anxiety is just a series and patterns and behaviors that we have learned to taken on as our routine patterns and behaviors.
